Joanne Judd

Joanne has enjoyed a varied career in the field of education for more than 20 years, in teaching and executive roles. Pursuing her love of sport, Joanne has worked as a teacher in secondary schools in the area of Personal Development, Health and Physical Education, mostly in the Sydney region.

After studying a Masters in Sensory Disability, Joanne had the opportunity to work with students with disabilities across a range of settings, in particular students who are deaf and hearing impaired.

Most recently, she has worked as Deputy Principal in a comprehensive high school in Coffs Harbour. One of the highlights of this job for Joanne was organising a group of students to represent the school in the Coffs Harbour Running Festival. Some of these students were refugee students who had never had the opportunity to experience a big community event.

Joanne currently works at the Coffs Harbour Education office as a Learning and Wellbeing Advisor.
